Mafia III - Official RELEASE Trailer

The long awaited 3rd instalment into the Mafia series is finally upon us. Will it follow Vito and Joey from 2 or take its own new path? Well apparently its going to take a new path, throw the past away and join a gentlemen named Lincoln Clay in 1968 after the Vietnam war. As a lover of all things Mafia and crime related, I'm worried. Its not what I had hoped for. See for yourself below

Fallout 4 - REVEAL TRAILER - Skyrim goes nuclear

I'm a bad man when it comes to Fallout. My first and only experience of the series was Fallout 3, not long after I got my first Xbox 360. The time I spent within the game was very little, in fact I gave up as a merely lost track of what I was actually doing. Today is the day I realise I should get back into it.

So if you've lived under a rock the past few months, you would know Bethesda have been teasing something. No one was quite sure until yesterday when a Fallout styled timer appeared across their social media platforms and low and behold, we got a trailer.

The plot is one that reflects the series however, what drives that narrative is unknown. Hopefully we shall see some more information arrive when E3 is in full swing.

What do you think? Do the graphics look the part? Let us know in the comments below

Assassins Creed Syndicate - Live Reveal & Trailer!

Well, here it is guys. The brand new instalment of the Assassins Creed series has finally arrived, titled Syndicate. Based in London during the Industrial Revolution, we follow our new Assassin, Jacob. Funnily enough, the combat has taken a very personal approach. Its much closer and features a lot of the weaponry used in that period, such as the hidden blades and brass knuckles in giant gang fights! Everything seems very direct, gory and fast paced but its character is what has drawn me in. Every game based in London loves picking up on Jack the Ripper, what will stop these? Could Jacob be Jack? Could those he murdered be spies for the Templars? I'm officially calling it. Jack the Ripper is our Jacob.

Hopefully we will see a return to Assassins Creed that is truly worthy of the next gen consoles that we all deserve!

Soon we will have an official trailer to show everyone who missed out on the live showing so stick around for more information!

Assassins Creed Syndicate will be dropping on the 23rd October for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.

Playstation 4 Revealed!

Revealed at the crack of dawn for UK viewers, we have the brand new images of the new Playstation 4. Sony entertainment was on bad ground from their earlier conference for the release of its controller, but its safe to say that since the almighty screw ups that Microsoft has done over the past few months, that we shall be seeing increased sales in PS4. Sony tore into Microsoft throughout their show and made it very clear that they are still in the gaming industry rather the TV and films.

I'm not sure what is really going on with the stylists at this moment in time. Everything seems to be going square or box like, which isn't very attractive but Sony have made this work out. Its contrasting plastics and use of lighting helps to define the areas but to also give it that futuristic look, rather than its George Foreman grill called PS3. But this isn't its final form, down below is a different angle which shows that the box has a slant to it which makes it look like a sharpened blade, which is pretty badass!

This complete event was a bust for Xbox, but Playstation pulled it out of the bag. For the full round up of detailing, go to: http://uk.gamespot.com/e3/press-conference/

For a short round up of Sony using Microsoft as a chew toy, go to: http://uk.gamespot.com/e3/ps4-e3-2013-unveiling-trollface-edition-6409752/

 A quick round up:
  • Used games work on the console without charge.
  • No need to be online
  • Its cheaper than the Xbox at £349
  • Come with Playstation Move (Which doesn't take spy on you)

Assassins Creed 4 TRAILER!

As you could probably notice, there is a trailer for the new Assassins creed. Following from the release over the cover art which I covered yesterday, I am now even more worked up...PIRATES AND ASSASSINS! I have already pre-ordered it as it looks like it could be huge amounts of fun.
I have also now lost complete interest in what happened to Desmond as now I'm more concerned with having fun and killing a lot of baddies. In assassins creed 3, many of you may remember the little side quests that were all ship based and I really hope they continue this as they were one of my favourite additions to the games I have seen.
I don't plan to talk about this too much at the moment, but once it is revealed I will be all over it just for you, the readers!

Assasins Creed 4! Cover revealed!

Due for release on 29th October 2013, the unbelievable release of another assassins creed is hard to digest. Being quite sure that AC3 would be the final one, I was distraught to have completed it so rapidly.

Anyway, all I can tell from the cover is that we will be meeting some of the legends of the pirate era like Black beard. I will have this on pre-order, no doubt about that one as I buy into the craze. So you can expect news about it as I hear it and the a review on it when I inevitably complete it within a few days when I really should be doing coursework.

The only problem with it is that we cannot be sure when they are truly going to end this. The money is to great for them to just drop it and with the killing of Desmond at the end of the last one makes it even harder to understand where they can go on!

It is up for pre-order on amazon and most other sources. Like I said, keep your eyes out for any news or tune in here where I will try and keep you updated on such news
